This research aims to prepare an Guidance guide proposed to educate mothers for the phenomenon of cyberbullying in early and middle adolescent children to protect them. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, through following a number of procedures and building the research tool, which is a questionnaire to measure the awareness of mothers with the phenomenon of cyberbullying. The size of the sample (380) has been chosen from the research community represented by the mothers of children in the early and middle adolescence stages in secondary And high schools in Makkah region.The most prominent results of the study was preparing the proposed Guidance guide after knowing the level of mothers awareness of the phenomenon of cyberbullying, which came with a level of awareness (average), where the arithmetic average (3.41). However, the awareness of the forms got the first rank in terms of the highest awareness with a level of awareness (average) where the arithmetic average reached (3.55), while awareness of the effects of electronic bullying got the second rank with a level of awareness (average) where the arithmetic average reached (3.45). The awareness of the causes came on the third level with an awareness level (average), and arithmetic average of (3.39), whereas awareness of the concept got the last rank with awareness level (average), and arithmetic average of (3.23). On the other hand, there are statistically significant differences in the level of maternal awareness of the phenomenon due to the variables (education level in favor of higher studies, and a mother's ability to use electronic means of communication in favor of mother with higher ability). One of the most important recommendations of the research is to use the proposed Guidance guide which is provided in the current research through educational institutions and family programs to enhance integration between scientific research and community efforts to raise awareness of the phenomenon of cyberbullying.
