Abstract
:
This research aims to recognize touristic attraction elements in Al-Taif District, Surveying the restrictions from representative set’s point of view, also to recognize and support touristic attraction methods using descriptive analytic research. A Questionnaire has been used during this research consists of 34 statements divided into four sections: First: the touristic attractions elements in Al-Taif District, second: restrictions of touristic attractions in Al-Taif District, third: the methods of enhancing the touristic attraction elements in Al-Taif District, fourth: positive consequences of enhancing the touristic attraction elements. (430) tourists took part in this questionnaire in Al-Taif District. Findings of this research feature many results: absence of differences in touristic attractions elements in Al-Taif District attributed to the ages of the study participants which means the study participants set’s point of views wasn’t affected by touristic attraction elements according to age categories and that shows their awareness to those elements. Also the existence of differences in restrictions of touristic attractions attributed to the study participants’ ages which means that they were affected by restrictions of touristic attractions even with their academic different categories. A number of recommendations have been recommended by the researcher such as: Persuading the competitors to largely construct buildings and apartment hotels which guarantee competition. Moreover, this will increase the supply and consequently reduce rent fees. However, this change came due to the lack of tourists' accommodation in Al-Taif city. The researcher also recommends caring about the marketing of legacy and cultural heritage which will touristically benefit the kingdom according to the national vision of 2030.
