according to what was stated in the amendments to the Saudi Anti-Bribery System issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 4) dated 1/2 1440 AH, and this amendment is the first of its kind to include employees in the anti-bribery system, and the importance of this study lies in trying to provide workers in control, investigation, judiciary and those interested in the legal field with sufficient and adequate information about the scope of criminalization and penalties related to bribery of the private sector, and the research problem was raised in the main question : MAh The crime of bribery in the private sector in the Saudi system? As for the approach used in this study, the study used the descriptive approach based on the analytical study, and the main study axes came in the following points: The concept of the crime of bribery in the private sector in the Saudi system.
