Abstract
:
The e-commerce has changed the way business is handled both by discovering new sources that generate huge revenues, or ability to attract a new type of customer or supply chain management for a business. In fact, e-commerce has become one of the essential commercial methods of many companies and a large proportion of individuals in the world. Due to the importance of e-commerce today and its effective contribution to the development of the market, its success factors must be studied. Due to previous studies, the trust issue is one of the most important factors in the success of e-commerce today. In this study, the factors that affect consumers' trust were identified and studied through a literature survey. Factors affecting the consumers' trust were divided into two types, technical and non-technical factors. An online store was built to collect data for the technical factors, and A/B testing was performed to identify the critical factors. Simultaneously, a survey was used to establish a dataset for non-technical factors and data mining was used to identify the critical factors. Our research indicated that Ease of use, availability of multiple payment options and product quality are the most important technical factors. Also, the research indicated that the consumer's gender and their education level have a great impact on the consumer's trust.
