Abstract : The main objective of this study is in obtaining an inclusive and detailed analysis of the project through a feasibility study for a gourmet restaurant in Jeddah. The study plans to answer the following questions; is the idea of establishing a gourmet restaurant in Jeddah work well? In addition, can this business idea continue successfully? The master thesis consists of a feasibility study of a gourmet restaurant in Jeddah. In order to have a successful business a feasibility study most be conducted to determine the success of the project. As an original idea of a gourmet restaurant with signature store made brioche bread, a literature review is performed to supplementary search the need for a feasibility study, the business type needed, entrepreneurship and brief information regarding the gourmet restaurant industry and the past of brioche bread. The literature review supports the concept of the research. The feasibility study is arranged in six main sections that are a business strategy, a marketing feasibility study, a technical feasibility study, an economic feasibility study, a social and an environmental feasibility study, and location and site feasibility study. The information required regarding supply and demand in addition to a detailed study on competitors would be addressed in the feasibility study. An economic feasibility study will identify the resources needed to run the business. In addition, the capacity, needed machinery, raw material, computer system and human resources plans were generated and a site was chosen based on the feasibility study. Finally, identifying the impact on the society and environment through the job opportunities be created.
