Governorate Police BY Nawaf bin Saeed Al amari This study aims to identify the obstacles of electronic management application in police stations, through the knowledge of Obstacles (technical - organizational - Finance - Human). The study used a descriptive and analytical approach, because it is best suited to the nature of the problem in terms of which have been described obstacles that hinder the application at police stations in the Jeddah Governorate, has been used as a major tool questionnaire to collect data in this study. And it included the study population on all the police officers working Jeddah Governorate, where numbering 250 officers. this study has been applied by a comprehensive survey of working in Jeddah police stations for officers and the returned questionnaires were analyzed (234) with a rate (93.6%). The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important, was that the degree of availability of technical obstacles electronic centers of Jeddah medium Police Department as an average (3.3), and that of the most significant obstacles Twice the level of the necessary infrastructure to implement e-governance in police stations, in addition to the difficulty of software localization and foreign regulations. And the availability of regulatory obstacles for electronic management of Jeddah police centers high as an average (3.4), and most important of these obstacles ambiguity of the future vision for the application of e-governance and the difficulty of modifying laws and regulations and the lack of preparation of personnel to shift to e-government. and a lack of training courses. As well as the availability of financial constraints, the electronic centers of Jeddah police was medium for managing an average (3.0), the degree of availability of human obstacles the electronic medium centers of Jed .
