This Study aims to Know the Spatial Analysis type of the education staff offices in the city of Makkah , to be able to identify the exact distance between those offices and schools, in order to minimize the distance and analyze the demographical and social characteristics of the female supervisors working in those offices . The study used the descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the results. Also, it used the inductive approach, the descriptive statics analysis , the Spss to analyze data and some statistical analysis such as Chay Square, averages and One Way Anova .The Study has Five chapters; The first chapter contains the introduction , study problem , questions, objectives , importance, terms, areas and data collection methods and previous studies analysis, and chapter contains the study approach and procedures. The second chapter contains study theoretical background and. However , The third chapter is devoted for the study nature and the environmental, geological and topography of Makkah , contains climatic and population characteristics of Makkah . While the fourth chapter deals with education staff offices types, condition and distribution . Also, it contains some information about female supervisors, duties , while the fifth Supervisors educators assessment of the efficiency of the offices of Education . The study main results ara :- Female Supervisors prefer using private vehicle to visit near schools and work vehicle for the far schools. The supervisors percentage is 45.5% for Al-Awali distract and 55% for Al-Shariaya. |
