Abstract
:
This study discusses the roles exerted by King Saud Bin Abdulaziz for his country since he was young, and his participation in the unity of the Kingdom areas supporting his father King Abdulaziz, until he was assumed responsibilities as a crown prince and then became the king. To discuss this study and according to the importance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia history it is essential to go back to the history of the Kingdom before its unity, and the role played by King Abdulaziz in order to unify the Kingdom areas. The first chapter discusses the role played by King Saud and his father King Abdulaziz in the Kingdom unity such roles include the political and military tasks and the responsibilities given to King Saud until he became the crown prince. The second chapter discusses the relation between the Kingdom and the Arabian Gulf emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The third chapter is about Yemen and its row parts, north and south at the time and the Sultanate of Oman. The fourth chapter discusses the relation between the Kingdom and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Iraq in its different stages of the political periods: Othmani Iraq, Iraq under the British mandate then the Iraqi Kingdom and Republic of Iraq. The fifth and final chapter discusses the relation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Egypt at the royal period, then the Republic of Egypt and the events occurred such as the triple aggression against Egypt, Yemen war and the British forces evacuation from Egypt. Through this research, the researcher conclude with many suggestions contained in the conclusion, such suggestions involve King Saud's clear political and military participations supporting his father King Abdulaziz in the Kingdom areas unity, the role he played after he became the king, such role represented by his protection to the Kingdom and the Arab nation & its issues, his role in keeping the Kingdom political and social settlement. The main objective of this study is to shed light on the Kingdoms external policy with the Arab neighbor countries at King Saud's era.
