Abstract : This study aims at casting the light on the relative distribution of the women's contribution of the workers in Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and what it results from from problems we suffer from it in the council countries its more important the disorder is in the composition of citizens and task force a general and the women work ratio a special .While notice the increase of the comers numbers working in them every year, feel the increase of ratios the women's participation of the workers in the council countries but slightly and a slow to the task force total . And that has led to a disorder in the demographic assembling to the citizens and the rise of Al Atala rates between the women . And therefore, the recognition of the actual situation by the numbers contributes to the activation of the woman participation by raising the ratio of the Gulf woman contribution as a policy to settle the labour and limit of the flow of the coming labour . And the Gulf Cooperation Council statistics have showed in 2001 that the citizens size reached 32 million persons that represented its kinship the comers 34.9 % as compared by the ratio of 26 % in year 1975, while the statistics confirm that the task force size in year 2001 has reached 10.7 million till now if they were rise 2.9 in 1975 ratio the comers between them to about the two one thirds 64.8 % as compared by its kinship 45 % in 1975 .
