The research have discussed a study entitled: The Impact of the application of total quality management services, radio output in Saudi Arabia - the second program.
The study aims to raise the level of workers in the directing management and care of the level of their performance, training and development, and access to a high level of creativity and innovation, building teamwork and encourage collaboration between departments, which guarantees the coherence and continuity, and to identify changes in the work of the radio broadcasting system which is a result of the development of most of the other satellite channels, radio stations, and propose appropriate recommendations to improve the standards of workers in the field radio broadcasting directing.
The research methodology used in the study is analytical descriptive method, through which describe the phenomenon as it is in its current situation and identify the factors affecting it, then, it is the appropriate approach as the descriptive approach uses an initial analytical tools (such as questionnaire, interview, observation), making this issue of study clear and even easy to define the problem with a view to testing hypotheses according to it.
The researcher used in the field study statistical methods including: Frequency distribution relative to the sample answers, and Pearson's correlation coefficient test to determine the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variables to test the validity of hypotheses.
Significant results: there was a positive relationship with statistical significance between the quality of radio broadcast output at Jeddah Radio Station, and between each of: available financial and technical capacity, and management functions application of the radio system, and the presence of a statistically significant relation between the level of employee skill managing radio broadcast directing and the application of TQM, and the presence of a statistically significant relationship between workers training and rehabilitation, and the quality levels of the media materials for broadcasting. |
