Abstract
:
This study aims to determine level at the understanding of the employees of the Ministry of Civil Service of Makkah province on the various aspects of organizational justice. Statistically the researcher used descriptive method of analysis, as the population of the study was 83 employee. Therefore, the study sample was chosen intentionally where the targeted sample all the staff members, after deleting the invalid questionnaire forms for the sample analysis consisted of (66) members. The most important results of the study were statistically significant differences in the extent of agreement of the study sample that is the practice of justice at the organizational work and these differences are attributed to each of age, employment rank, and salary). The main recommendations of the study are: 1. to assess the work incentives and rewards for staff, according to their competence and performance at work, 2. spread the spirit of cooperation and harmony between staff and supervisors, 3. to work as a team, as well as increase the role of human relations to employees satisfaction for their work and a greater sense of organizational justice.
