Malaysia is one of the advanced countries in the economic development of the Organization of Islamic Conference. For institutions, the application of zakat, Malaysia has been able to build an Islamic institutional environment is characterized by high efficiency and effectiveness. According to the Malaysian Constitution, how the application of Islamic law is up to each province. But at the federal level the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia JAKIM a coordinating role. The organization issues in the various provinces of Zakat Management codify Islamic law.
After all, researchers want to study in Malaysia's experience in pooling and disbursement of Zakat in the banks and their costs in three different provinces, namely, the Kuala Lumpur Federal FDKL, Selangor and Kelantan. Because each province is different from other laws, which manages the Zakat Foundation, and in the goals, and the political administration, we believe that the different nature of the management and results accordingly. The study seeks to compare the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative experience of each of these three experiments, and to consider the possibility of providing a model for countries of the Organization of the Islamic Conference to resolve the problems of the eight categories in particular, and economic and social problems in general. Finally, based on the results of the study, the importance of the internationalization of Islamic zakat, or in other words, create "a global fund to participate as a" model "to fund development aid" of Islamic countries. |
