Abstract
:
To give an easy care properties of cotton fabrics with reduced acute shortage of its tensile strength during processing. Been attempts to add what we call the starchy products tailored for special purposes during processing. Therefore, the preparation of carboxy methyl starch and various starch Restaurant acid acrylic than three levels of starch Almmii H1, H2, H3 with different degrees of hydrolysis (expressed as number copper) and three levels of starch oxidized O1, O2, O3 with different degrees of oxidation (expressed as the number oxygen). Also been prepared study the effect of carbohydrates on the properties of high fabrics when used in bath vaccination (content on the resin used in the processing and catalyst) at concentrations ranging from 5-50 grams per liter. And showed results that were obtained on the following: • nitrogen content increases, the angle of relaxation and tensile strength of cotton fabrics processed in the presence of modified starches, increasing the degree of decomposition or oxidation of starch used. • increase the concentration of carbohydrates used 5-50 grams / liter in the bath processing is accompanied by an increase in nitrogen content and tensile strength, while less than the angle of détente. • the increase of nitrogen content and tensile strength follow the following order: Carboxymethylated starches> Poly (AA)-grafted starches> Hydrolyzed starches. • showed cotton fabrics treated in the presence of carbohydrates and the previous prepared from starches analyzed the content of nitrogen and the angle of a breakthrough and a tensile strength higher than those prepared from starch oxidized in the same range of the user.
