Abstract
:
Aim of the research is to utilize the sugars in the production of Saudi dates baker's yeast, and research can be done in several stages: 1) First stage: Explore the growth of different types of baker's yeast in different food environments to better test the ability of species to the growth and vitality of cell cluster configuration, and knowledge of appropriate food environment for the growth of these types of baker's yeast. 2) Phase II: Study the carbon source to replace this environment appropriate food sources of sugars Saudi dates to see their suitability in the growth of baker's yeast. 3) Third stage: A study of some other sources of the components of the center in order to increase food biomass, such as other sources of nitrogen and some salts. 4) Fourth stage: Include analysis of the resulting components of baker's yeast from the fermentation, such as total protein, sugars, minerals and ashes. Chemical analysis showed that the content of sugars in the dates Bisha zero in the range of 60%, and on this basis has been replaced by carbon source of the food center of V (molasses). And extended the study to the impact of different sources of nitrogen organic and inorganic fertilizers on the composition of biomass for baker's yeast, it was found that ammonium sulphate source of nitrogen is important in the growth of baker's yeast and the formation of biomass, and the best focus for this source is 2.0 mg / cm 2 from the middle of food. Study the effect of different concentrations of biotin on the growth of baker's yeast and the formation of biomass, it was found that the concentrated biotin 50 mcg / L best to increase the biomass of baker's yeast.
