Abstract
:
The current study showed the presence of the enzyme adenosine tri phosphatase Alfjoa (Atibiziz) in the epithelial cells of the tissues in the directorial Hcherta bouncy ten and the Desert Locust. Has been shown that the activity of the enzyme was very sensitive to concentrations of inhibitors Alnkhvdh specialized, where the presence of 10nM Bafilomycin inhibition led to a nearly 80% of the activity of the enzyme extracted from Alhchertan. The results also showed that the activity of Atibiziz Alfjoa be high in the apical membrane precipitate, while the activity of the enzyme sodium, Atibiziz high in the sludge, which represents the basal membranes. PH optimum for enzyme activity Atibiziz Alfjoa was 7.5. Other properties of the enzyme for both Alhchertan (such as the effect of adenosine triphosphate, magnesium, potassium, etc.). Similar to the properties of the enzyme extracted from various tissues of different types of insects. Enzyme activity Atibiziz Alfjoa Alhchertan was extracted from non-sensitive material for the dairy plant and ten containing Mrkbatjliusadah. This result is clear that the properties of the enzyme Atibiziz thrust differ from the properties of the enzyme sodium, potassium - which is Atibiziz Nchathboisth inhibition of cardiac glycosides it contains ten deciduous article. Finally we can say that the current study, opened the way for future biochemical and physiological studies on the effect of some toxic plant extracts on the activity of enzymes.
