Sixtieth of the children and their mothers who came to the dental clinic at the University of King Abdul-Aziz took part in this study ranged from age (3-5 years) comprised the study group of thirty children with early childhood caries, while the control group consisted of thirty children free of decay. Children were examined and their mothers and recording the level of decay after they have collected saliva catalyst from each participant to estimate the bacteria and immunity. The number of bacteria S. Mutans and Lactobacilli in each sample was determined using the methods and Dentocult The level of the antibiotic has been the experience of appreciation ELISA. Our study has shown that children who suffer from early childhood caries was to have higher levels of bacteria S.mutans and Lactobacilli. The mothers of children with early childhood caries had a higher number of bacteria compared to mothers of children Alkhaliyn from decay, and with that, the difference was not statistically significant with significance for the numbers of S. Mutans. The results showed that children who have early childhood caries and their mothers have higher levels of (IgA) compared to the antibiotic children Alkhaliyn of caries and their mothers. And have found a strong positive relationship between the antibiotic in the saliva of the mothers and children in both groups.
