Abstract
:
This research aims to determine the normal levels of mutated and pellets suis antibodies (a) and (c) in the saliva of Saudi children and compared these levels to those found in the saliva of children with severe caries associated with early childhood. As well as to find a relationship between these levels in children with and their mothers. Will choose the number (60) children aged between 3 years and their mothers. Will be detected on clinical child and divide into two groups (30) children suffering from severe tooth decay associated with early childhood with their mothers as a first choice. The second group consists of (30) children with healthy teeth or people with a simple decay with their mothers. Will also take samples from the saliva of children and their mothers to measure the Streptococcus suis mutant bacilli and lactic Will also determine the proportion of antibodies (or c) the way Eliza will then be the statistical analysis of the results.
