Abstract
:
Has in this research study the effect of anti-fungal on the parasite Leishmania great. Have been growing phase Alsouti of the parasite in the center of mass (Hnaaders) with 10% of serum Jenin beef, free of cells in the laboratory at a temperature of 27 degrees Celsius, and then exposed to a drug Alatrakunasul terbinafine and drug concentrations ranging between 0.25 and 2.0 grams per liter. Were then counted the number of cells in each farm per day was calculated doubling time of cells. The results showed that the effect of two drugs to stop the proliferation of Leishmania cells but also found that the drug itraconazole had a stronger effect of the drug terbinafine. Also were exposed mice Pulp C-type of the disease and then treated by drugs, the drug effect was assessed by measuring the size of skin inflammation, has been sacrificed or results that both drugs have a good effect in the treatment of skin inflammation caused by the parasite Leishmania great.
